CellarMate
CellarMate is a popular system with architects and designers
because they allow cellar climate control without having usightly
cooling equipment in the room. Being a fully ducted system, CellarMate
may be housed almost anywhere with the cool and return air provided by
ducts to the cellar. The only evidence of a cooling system within the
cellar are small air grilles which can easily be hidden.
CellarMate is an innovative, self contained, easy to install wine
cellar climate control system incorporating features typically found in
more expensive systems. It is exceptionally reliable and provides
levels of security and peace of mind sufficient to satisfy the most
ardent wine collector. |

CellarMate's
unique design allows this system to ducted, resulting in a cellar with
only cool air vents rather than the traditional wall or ceiling mounted
models. They are particularly suitable for units or upper level
apartments.
CellarMate consists of three chambers as shown
above:
Evaporator Chamber (left)
This chamber allows the entry of return air through any of four panels.
Mixing Chamber (centre)
The mixing chamber allows for the location of electric re- heaters or
humidifiers for complete climate control.
Condenser chamber (right)
This chamber consists of separate inlet and outlet sections, each with
different access possibilities. The condenser inlet can be from the
ambient space or outside the room. Condenser outlet is generally
released to the ambient space or ducted outside. All main refrigeration
or electrical components are located in this section to facilitate
startup and maintenance.
