Our
cellar pits have many advantages.

- Water
Proof
Unlike other underground cellars, our Cellar Pit is built
by pouring waterproofed cement into a mould in one continuous
pour. This makes them totally impervious to water, and
like a fero-cement boat, they will not leak.

Climate.
Cellar pits are designed as a passive cellar. It uses
its concrete mass and the thermal stability of the earth
to maintain a stable environment.
- Security.
A locked Cellar Pit is almost impregnable.
- Cost:
labour costs are minimised as cellar pits are pre- fabricated
in a factory environment, and installed pre- finished
with wine racks, enabling a cost effective product.

Space Utilisation: Our Cellar Pits are the cellar
of the future, and can be installed with the minimum impact

Cellar Pits are designed to be transported by road, and
